June Lake sits on Highway 31 in southern Spring Hill, right at its own I-65 interchange. Southeast Venture, a Nashville developer, broke ground in 2021, and homes, a resort-style amenity center and greenway trails are already in use.
The plan goes much further: an 11-acre lake with a walkable town center around it, plus restaurants, shops, offices and hotels. As of 2026 that town center is still being built, so what's open today and what's coming next depends on who you ask. Kristen keeps track of both.
Streets and trails are designed for walking and golf carts, and most homes have rear-entry garages, so the street side is front porches instead of garage doors.
